Speaker Presentation Information

 

File Format

  • Microsoft PowerPoint only
  • Use 16:9 slide ratio (best display, no distortion)
  • Videos must be embedded in the PowerPoint

 

Speaker Preparation Room

Location: Speaker Prep Room 101, Level 1, MCEC (next to the Pancreas Summit 2025 registration desk; See Floor Plan)

  • Opening Hours
    • Friday, 19 September 2025: 7.45am – 5.30pm
    • Saturday, 20 September 2025: 7.30am – 5.30pm
    • Sunday, 21 September 2025: 8.30am – 3.30pm
  • All presentations must be pre-loaded here — you cannot load slides directly in your session room
  • AV technicians will be available to assist and answer technical questions

 

Loading Your Slides

  • Slides can be loaded any day, not just on your presentation day
  • Files must be loaded at least 2 hours before your session starts

 

If you are presenting in the first session on Day 1, please plan extra time to load before the meeting begins.
