Venue

Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (MCEC)

Best entry point is the Convention Centre Entrance, located on Convention Centre Place, South Wharf, next to the Pan Pacific Hotel.

Registration Desk

During the Summit, the registration desk is located on Level 1 of MCEC from Friday, 19 September – Sunday, 21 September and will be your central source of information.

This desk can be used for collecting your name badge, delegate enquiries, exhibitor services, and speaker assistance.

The registration desk will be open at the following times:

  • Friday, 19 September: 7:45AM - 5:30PM
  • Saturday, 20 September: 7:45AM to 5:30PM
  • Sunday, 21 September: 8:00AM - 3:30PM

 

Collecting Your Name Tag

On arrival at the venue, please collect your name tag from the Pancreas Summit 2025 registration desk. 

For security purposes, your lanyard and name tag must be worn at all times during the summit, including social functions.  

 

Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for the duration of the Summit. Please select the ‘MCEC Connect’ free network from your Wi-Fi network listing and follow the prompts to connect.

 

Dietary Requests/Allergies

MCEC menus include a variety of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-friendly items. Guests with one of these dietary preferences can enjoy a meal from one of MCEC’s main buffets. Any delegates who noted specific allergens or dietary requirements during registration have had this passed onto the venue and will be catered for accordingly at the marked ‘Special Dietary Buffet’ at MCEC.

For those attending the social functions, if you have provided your dietary requirements, please let yourself known to the venue staff.
