Yujie Li is a PhD candidate in the school of biomedical science at UNSW Sydney, with a background in clinical medicine and cancer research. Her research focuses on developing innovative 3D pancreatic cancer organoid models that more accurately recapitulate the physiologically relevant tumour microenvironment. She is particularly interested in cancer-associated fibroblast heterogeneity and immune interactions within the tumour microenvironment, with the overarching goal of identifying novel therapeutic strategies.
