Dr Liane Ioannou is a Victorian Cancer Agency Mid-Career Research Fellow within the Cancer Research Program at the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Monash University. Dr Ioannou has focused her research on extending the science of registries to evaluate and improve the quality of care in cancer. She is currently leading her own program of supportive care research in upper gastrointestinal (UGI) cancer and is the academic lead of the UGI Cancer Registry.
